By booking this experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Experience details

This experience is a small-group, in-person creative session held in Kyoto, Japan.
The session duration is approximately 90 minutes.

The maximum number of participants per session is 6 including children.

2. Eligibility

• Kids (11 and under) may join free of charge.

• Participants aged 11+ are charged the adult rate.

• Children (11 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• To prepare seats and materials, the number of children must be informed in advance (during checkout or via the booking form).

• All participants must be able to follow basic instructions during the session.
   

3. Booking and payment

All bookings must be made in advance through the online booking system.
Full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Payment is required for paid participants (11+) only. Children (11 and under) do not need a ticket, but their number must be provided in advance.

4. What is included

The experience includes:

• Guided instruction by a professional designer

• Creation of original calligraphy by the participant

• Professional logo design based on the participant’s writing

• Delivery of logo files (PNG / SVG / AI / PDF) by email

• Mailing of the original calligraphy postcard from Japan (if selected)
   

5. Delivery of digital files

Logo data will be delivered by email within 5 days after the experience.
One minor revision is included.
 

6. Postcard mailing

Postcards are mailed on the day of the experience using standard international mail.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 weeks.
Tracking is not available.

Participants may choose to take the postcard home on the same day instead of mailing it.
 

7. Studio access

The studio is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs only.
Please note that there is no elevator.
 

8. Liability

Participants join the experience at their own risk.
We are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the session.
 

9. Changes to the experience

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the experience if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
