You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

No refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Please cancel using the link in your confirmation email (Square bookings), or via GetYourGuide if you booked there.

Refunds

• Refunds apply to paid bookings only and are issued to the original payment method via the booking platform used for the reservation.

• Refund processing time depends on your card issuer.

• Children (11 and under) are free of charge and do not require a ticket.
